Receptionist/Marketer

Nature of the Job: Permanent position

Location: Based in Windhoek

Reporting to the Office Manager

Responsibilities:
• Write and post 2-3 Blog posts on various social media channels.
• Count stock of marketing material.
• Re-order marketing material and stationery if needed.
• Assist in getting quotes for marketing material.
• Assist with ad-hoc marketing/advertising tasks.
• Keep record of solar parties done by the sales team.
• Assist the sales team with planning radio interviews.
• Update the Google Business Profile as needed.
• Work with the management team to devise once off marketing campaigns such as raffles or game shows.
• Attend to sales functions after hours if any.
• Report on marketing activities done and online traffic stats to the management team.

Requirements:
• Good Written and verbal communication skills, especially in English, other local languages preferred as well.
