What you’ll be doing:
• Develop Planning applications, Building Regs, detailed design for highways/drainage/structures and construction drawings
• Produce drawing packages including design calculations for all stages of development to provide the most cost effective

solution
• Land and Building surveying
• Provide structural design advice and expertise to construction projects
• Support the delivery team and Client to fulfil its designer’s responsibilities under CDM
• Checking compliance with Client specifications and current regulatory standards

Your skills and experiences:

ESSENTIAL:
• Degree/HNC/HND in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Excellent understanding of the 2015 CDM Regulations
• Practical design experience in construction within the industrial sector (client or contractor biased)
• AutoCAD proficient
