*Work tasks and duties*
• Provide first level helpdesk support and resolve problems for all level of end-users with both hardware and software.
• Consulting and training users for IT systems and preparing IT systems user manual.
• Coordinate with vendor for IT problems and improve IT systems.
• Update and maintain IT Inventory both hardware and software.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Qualification*
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Systems Support.
• Good command in English.
• Good proficient in MS Office.
• Have knowledge computer network.
