Job Description
• Lead and assist costing team members to handle customer requirements for menu proposal.
• Follow data maintenance concept of costing e.g. code structure, STD cost, yield factor, naming convention and also maintain the update recipe on CBASE system.
• Review and distribute related information (e.g. menu specification) to concerned department and ensure that correct information is provided on timely manner.
• Develop the food utilization and spoilage report and monitor all the changes has been updated in the system on timely manner.
• Monitoring and support costing team to conduct raw material yield test process to establish the most accurate standard cost and consumption.
• Attend menu presentation with customer to capture change request and update the menu cost.
• Collaborative work with production, purchasing, QA. Pricing team and all concerns.
• Assist ACI Manager in identify the area of improvement to ensure the most effective standard process.
