Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client that is rapidly growing. Based in modern offices in Aldershot, in a stunning location. There looking to recruit for a Bookkeeper who is looking for a career in a reputable company.

Responsibilities
• Using Excel, Sage, QuickBooks in the cloud and Xero,
• Process sales invoices
• Purchase invoices and petty cash records
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT Returns using standard, cash accounting, flat rate, marginal schemes
• EC Sales List
• Bookkeeping tasks associated with year-end accounts preparation (payroll and fixed assets journals, loan reconciliations)
• Assist clients with queries which arise from VAT preparation and liaise with HMRC re changes to submission dates, scheme registration/de-registration
• You will be required to prepare the following payrolls for our clients, using Moneysoft:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Experience of working in a Finance/Bookkeeping role
• Excellent communication and listening skills
