SUMMARY

Responsible for all human resource activities for various customer locations where HCL employees are based, such locations will be communicated from time to time. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development
• Design and conduct new employee orientations.
• Coordinate with the Benefits team and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and benefit consultant /insurance carriers.
• Work and ensure that employee morale is high and motivated.
