• Overall Coordination, Planning of Project Schedule, Manpower, work allocation plan in line with the project schedule.
• Drawings/Documents/Check list /Earlier audit reports.
• Preparation and presentation of organization’s MIS reports, Organizational productivity, and all project performance to senior Management.
• Accountable for project controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
