Job Title: Torfaen Refuge Team Leader

Salary: £25,000 (Rising to £25,500 after 6 months' probation)

Location: Torfaen

Working Pattern: Day shifts, Mon - Fri between 9am-4.30pm and 10.30am-6pm (twice per week maximum in line with service needs)

Compulsory participation in the 3rd Tier out-of-hours on-call rota. (Once in every 16 weeks, 24/7, Mon-Sun

Contract Type: Permanent, fulltime (35 hours per week)

Purpose of the Post: To lead and contribute to the management and delivery of top-tier refuge support services, fostering an environment where individuals affected by Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence feel safe, empowered, and able to flourish.

You will be responsible for managing a small team of 4 Out Of Hours workers, and 1 maintenance worker, aswell as supporting a small caseload of vulnerable clients based within the charity's complex needs refuge.
