THE ROLE
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning Corporate team in Newcastle
- You will be working with a range of clients, from SMEs, owner managed businesses, to large corporates
- You will be dealing with a broad range of corporate finance transactions; from working with early stage businesses and start up arrangements through to major fundraisings, IPO and some of the region's most significant mergers and acquisitions

THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Corporate Law
- You will ideally have between 2 and 6 years PQE, although candidates with more or less experience are still welcome to apply
