I'm instructed with a wonderful vacancy for candidates with solid company secretarial experience at an international organisation's Newcastle office. My client is a marine and energy insurer and a member of the International Group of Protection and Indemnity clubs, and they are looking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary who will work directly alongside and report to an experienced Group Company Secretary.

Candidates interested in this role will be expected to show ideally 3 years of hands-on company secretarial experience in which end to end support along with excellent drafting and organisation skills will need to be demonstrated. This would be an excellent role for someone who currently holds or is working towards corporate governance / company secretarial qualifications (e.g. CGI).
