Brand new permanent role for a Qualified or QBE Accountant in the Carmarthen/Llandeilo area.

It's a challenging accountant role for the property side of a burgeoning local business - an exciting broad based business covering multi Industry sectors including:
Property Development / Construction / CIS / Rental business (Commercial and Residential) & Pension Accounts.

A busy role managing an experienced book keeper inhouse, preparing Management accounts, dealing with lots of Intercompany transactions and also dealing with taxation matters (personal and business). Reporting to the Managing Director daily, but also working under the direction of a part-time Senior Accountant, as an understudy to him as he is taking steps towards retirement.
