Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for an exciting opportunity in Derby? We're seeking a talented individual to join our clients business for the next 9-12 months to cover a period of maternity.

Responsibilities Will Include
• Management of the ledger proactively, chase outstanding debts by telephone, email, and letter
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues

To be considered you will need to have proven experience as a Credit Controller and managing a large ledger with a variety of customer accounts. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to proactively resolve any queries.
