Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team at an incredibly exciting time for their businesses growth. The IFA Administrator is pivotal in providing operational support to the business and offers exceptional development opportunity for the successful candidate. Responsibilities will include:
• Full suite of administrative support to financial advisors, paraplanners and management team
• Interaction with clients over the phone, email and scheduling of appointments
• Communication with product providers and other third parties to obtain information, quotes, illustrations
• Support with the preparation of client information packs for meetings and presentations
• Maintenance of accurate client records and documentation
