We are recruiting for a part time Customer Support Officer to join our Customer Satisfaction Centre on a Fixed Term contract covering maternity leave for 9 months, and work as part of a team of 20 colleagues, handling customer requests while supporting your engineering colleagues with efficient diary management.

This role would work 15 hrs per week; Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 2pm. We are open to discussing other potential shift patterns covering 15 hrs per week, between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Customer Support Officer you will be liaising with our all-important customers, providing an excellent service every time. You will be speaking to local authorities and councils about queries such as reporting faulty equipment, chasing existing work, requesting new installations and general enquiries, as well as efficiently and effectively planning the engineer resource and workload.
