Bailey Employment Services are currently recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to work for our client based near Howden.

The Role
• Greet all hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls dealing with a wide range of enquiries
• Handle all reservations and bookings
• Arrange conference facilities
• Offer great customer service at all times
• Full time - working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
• Flexibility required to work shifts - 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm and 2pm to 10pm
• £12.39 p/h
• This role would become permanent following a successful trial period
• Own transport essential due to location

Skills/Experience:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Good levels of organisation
• Previous hotel reception experience is desirable More Detail
