Due to our ongoing growth we are currently recruiting for a driven and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Birmingham.

We have development opportunities working in a 4 person commercial team delivering a number of projects ranging from £500k to £10million. These are planned and projects works with potential to deliver small new build sites.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and work in partnership with Operations Management, acting as a lead figure within the surveying structure with responsibility for line management and be accountable for the development of the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor ensures accurate reporting is fundamental to the role and the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a key focus on building strong relationships with internal and external all stakeholders, ensuring the company obtains value for money and receives the correct market value from the supply chain.
