Due to our ongoing growth we are currently recruiting for a driven and professional Repairs & Maintenance Surveyors to join our team based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

As a Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor you will provide proactive and timely support to the commercial management function.

The Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor will take ownership of work, have great organisation skills, ability to forward plan and meet deadlines by prioritising work. The ability to manage and nurture the assistant Repairs & Maintenance Surveyors and report up to the Managing Surveyor with a view on corporate strategy.

Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure the company secures its full entitlement within the parameters of the Contract and further commercial negotiations.

• Consistently promote the company values and procedures internally and externally.
