Job Information

The Parks Planning and Operations Officer (Officer) is a key supporting member of the Northwest Territories Parks Operations Unit.

Under the direction of the Manager, Parks Operations (Manager), the Officer supports operational planning, project management, policy development, departmental reporting, communications, marketing, and enforcement for the Territorial Parks System.

The position provides expert advice to Regional Tourism and Parks staff, industry organizations, the public, as well as government agencies on the development and use of Parks.
