We at OLI Developments Ltd. are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our construction team to run the purchasing of all our construction site material requirements. If you are detail-oriented self-starter, enjoy a lively and fast-paced working environment and have excellent negotiating skills . We would like to hear from you.

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Sourcing of all construction materials for all sites
• Co-ordinate with all site managers on their site material needs.
• Ongoing price interrogation with suppliers for best purchase value, delivery deals, etc.
• Ensure all required materials are delivered on time.
• Ensure product materials meet required specifications and quality regulations.
• Existing supplier management and fostering new relationships
• Maintain a supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Compile reports as required by management.
• Any ad-hoc duties as they may arise.
