My client is reputable residential developer offering the Irish property sector a unique blend of experience, innovation, and end-to-end build-out service.

They are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a multi-site role with locations in Kildare and Laois and will also offer a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will perform all Quantity Surveying duties including measurement, procurement, cost monitoring, cost control, reporting, preparation of interim payments and settlement of final accounts in a professional manner and in accordance with company guidelines
• Liaise and assist with internal Estimating and external resources during the pre-construction stage
• Liaise with project team to prepare and agree the Preliminaries Budget for agreement with Senior Management for inclusion in the project budget
