Duties & Responsibilities to include:

A varied and interesting role for a customer focused team player.

Energy and empathy required along with excellent organisational skills.

General office admin duties (job description will be provided) including management of hotel reservations system/ loading rates & packages, updating booking engines & third-party booking platforms.

Customer service focus essential because of direct interface with guests and the public in person, online and by phone.

Helping out in other departments (restaurant and housekeeping) as needed on a daily basis.

Day to day running of Reception while liaising with restaurant, housekeeping & kitchen departments.

Schedule:
• Day/evening shift
• Mainly weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: €13.50 per hour
