Donlouco Ireland is looking to fill the position of customer service representative. The position is full time based at our office in Mallow Co Cork. The role consists of a wide range of office-based activities including.

Answering phone calls.

Handling customer enquiries via email and phone.

Preparing quotations and manage part pricing and negotiations etc with customers.

Assisting sales team for new customers.

Working closely with the MD managing clients from day to day.

Processing sales orders and delivery schedules using our internal management software, EMS system and Arranging deliveries

Working closely with purchasing and updating the delivery schedules to the customers

Managing regular online meeting with customers in terms of the schedules and status of open orders.

Developing close working relationship with current customers and maintain business levels and expand

Generating sales reports on weekly basis including sales orders, sales activities
