About The Role

Develop and maintain the HARMAN Business Management System (BMS) in line with the required industry standards (ISO 9001), accreditation requirements, and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures within our Professional Solutions Division.

Facilitate and drive system configuration, and process definitions among the organization in BMS. Train and Support employees, Process Owners, and Experts.

Act as an expert in process improvement and support the organization’s process improvement projects by coordination/mentoring activities.

What You Will Do
• Set up the division’s Business Management System
• Coordinate the configuration of the different organizational units’ processes in the BMS
• Reporting the progress of the configuration
• Drive process standardization
• Coordinate/Guide process improvement projects
• Support the organization’s activities regarding the Quality Management System
