ALDI International IT Services has a significant role available within ALDI SÜD. We provide IT support to our employees in our stores and offices in eight European countries. We operate in two different, continuously growing locations in Budapest and Pécs. In this context, we are looking for a new colleague in this current role.

Your responsibilities
• providing IT support for our European stores, offices, and logistics centers by e-mail and phone
• analyzing and solving IT problems
• documenting problems and requests
• keeping in touch with the specialized IT groups
• conducting software installations, backups, and remote support for technicians
• testing new hardware and software

Your profile
• excellent Italian AND English language skills
• open to multi-shift operation (additional allowances for shift work)
• at least secondary education completed
• quick-learner and open to new IT solutions
• customer-driven and communicates efficiently
• works responsibly
