The Team Leader - Regulatory' Support's key responsibility is to lead a team of specialised staff in the delivery of competent and timely administrative support relating to a number of Regulatory areas including Animal Control, Parking, Environmental Health, Compliance, Development Contributions, and Maritime. In addition to this, the role also manages the team's workflow management, drives process improvement for online services, and is the administrative link between Council and related contracted regulatory companies.
