We are seeking a dynamic Change Lead to drive our organisational change and our Digital Innovation Programme (DIP) towards success.

Things we will trust you with:

As the Change Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing a change management methodology and framework. Your responsibilities will include managing all internal change activities for the DIP as well as other organisational change projects, ensuring that best practices and support tools are readily available.

You'll be the go-to expert, providing invaluable advice and guidance on change management to key stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team, Project Boards, Sponsors and Project Teams.
