Job Description

Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in all marketing activities, in order to ensure growth and results of Wolt Serbia.

This person will work closely with all Wolt teams in Serbia, as well as the central marketing team, working in the best interest of Wolt Serbia.

Essential Initial Duties And Responsibilities

Marketing Specialist is in charge of planning marketing activities together with Marketing Manager, central Wolt marketing and other people working in marketing.
• Execute the marketing plan
• Cooperating with local brands, internal and external partners
• Work on getting Wolt brand more knowledgeable and reaching KPIs
• Close cooperation with other Wolt teams on mutual projects
• Create customer engagement and meaningful content via CRM tools and Discovery - Nurture flow monitoring and edits, email newsletters, inApp messages, push messages
