Manual processing of paint complaints in OWS-Online for Austria and Germany.Checking the compulsory dealer information for completeness, in particular compliance with the warranty period.Verify coding (labour position numbers, material units, labour times, etc.) based on the warranty manual as well as reviewing default labour times of repairs for accuracy and consistency with submitted damage photos and data. Assessing customer claims (paint or corrosion) following Ford warranty policies based on descriptions or digital images. Reviewing claims, reducing claimed repair costs as necessary within warranty guidelines.
