Network and systems support engineer responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Network & System Maintenance:
• Monitor network performance and identify potential problems before they impact users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and software glitches.
• Implement and configure network devices, servers, and operating systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure system health and security.
• User Support:
• Provide technical support to WinFi customers, resolving their IT-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions.
• Project Involvement:
• Participate in projects related to network and system implementations, upgrades and expansions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions.
