Summary:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing all human resources functions at the Guam Seventh-day Adventist Clinic. This includes but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant employment laws. Contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This position will exemplify Guam SDA Clinic Mission, Vision, and Values.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote effective communication among staff.
