Job Summary:

The Customer Service Assistant Supervisor (CSAS) provides support and reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. The CSAS assists with supervising operational functions of Customer Service Operations providing a full range of customer contact services, assisting the supervisory the Customer Service Center incorporating a full range of service order activity, cellular sales, cellular switching, and cashiering and billing/customer treatment operations in Guam. The CSAS will assist the supervisor in ensuring that the Customer Service operational standards meet or exceed Corporate’s satisfactory customer service expectations.
