• Responsibility for building required sample stages in product development and model maintenance projects
• Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and time objectives and prioritization
• Communication, testing, development and implementation of solutions in case of deviations
• Creation and follow-up of sample stage-built plans and ensuring timely ordering
• Coordinate the procurement of sample parts with the departments involved
• Planning and implementation of measures to ensure that the model stage specification and quality meet the defined requirements
• Moderation of regular workshop rounds
• Tailoring of initial-set-up checklists and ensuring their implementation before validation start
