We have partnered with a global pharmaceutical and healthcare company to support their expansion in Belgrade. We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Finance Analyst.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for preparing analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. This includes collecting requested information, performing checks and reconciliations, preparing analyses, and effectively communicating the results to finance management and the leadership team as appropriate. You will partner closely with all levels of FP&A, Accounting and Treasury teams.

What you will do:
• Cooperate closely with Regional Finance Managers, Finance Director, and Finance Teams across Europe to influence business decisions.
• Gather, understand, and consolidate financial and non-financial data to support Forecasting, Budgeting and Strategic Planning processes.
