Our practice is a lovely small family focused practice. We put our heart into everything we do and take care of each other. We are looking for a receptionist. Previous Medical Reception experience is an advantage, as is proficiency in MedTech 32 or evolution. You will be an excellent communicator, a team player and enjoy liaising with our families face-to-face and over the phone. Hours are 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

In the role you will be responsible for the following...
• Meet and greet patients
• Patient bookings
• Liaison with clinicians
• Data entry
• General administration
• Use of MedTech 32 or evolution software
• ACC documentation

We are looking for the following skills and experience:
• Medical reception or medical administration experience
• Med Tech32 or evolution experience
• Excellent communication skills with confidence and patience to deal with our families.
