About the role

As an HR Advisor at Awanui, provide quality human resource advice, guidance and coaching to managers and staff for a specified portfolio, to increase staff performance, engagement, and leadership. To participate in agreed HR projects that enhance the development of the workforce in a way that reflects the value and objectives of Awanui. This role would suit to an HR Coordinator with a few years of experience in ER/IR and ready to step up.
