Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seoul, South Korea for a Director. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company, developing and implementing strategies to improve company performance, and ensuring efficient, effective, and profitable business operations.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in management or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, operations management, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse group of people
• Fluency in English and Korean is preferred
