I am recruiting for a HR Generalist for my client based in Kildare. This position is a full-time, temporary position with an immediate start.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Pay rate: 20.79 - 23.38

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Administer HR programs and processes, such as performance evaluations, benefits administration, and employee engagement surveys.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Key Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
