Job Description

Responsible for the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand engagement, and sales strategies for the Resort.

Support Sales and Food & Beverage teams with adequate marketing and PR activities.

Ensure all visual and written communication (internal/external, offline/online) is fully aligned with the hotels positioning and brand.

At all times to promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

Work Experience

Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in similar position in luxury hospitality segment in Maldives. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.

Excellent English Communication and Presentation Skills – verbal and written with a pleasant personality.

Strong understanding of Off-line PR with media and influencer relationships.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
