Job Description

Implement and monitor all sales activities in worldwide markets to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue for the hotel.

Maximize business opportunities in global markets and drive revenue, reaching financial targets of the hotel.

Growing and maintaining strong business relationship with all business partners, DMCs, Tour Operators and Travel Agents.

Support DOSM in supervising and guiding the Sales Team

Work Experience

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Director of Sales position in luxury hotels, working with worldwide markets and local business partners, strong commercial and strategic leadership background.

At least a Bachelor’s or equivalent in Sales Management or related field.

Do have comprehensive leadership experience within sales. Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from different cultures.

The position will be based in United Kingdom
