GGP Production Manager - Aviagen South Africa
• Leadership and development of ASA staff to meet financial and production targets within Aviagen Group
• Preparing annual budgets and manage them accordingly
• Management of over 65 FTE with Farm and Hatchery Managers reporting directly to the position.
• Responsibility for farm and hatchery production as well as distribution of Aviagen stock domestically
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management
• Ensure accurate data capturing and recording for reporting purposes
• Management of existing customer relationships
• Implementation of significant capital investment projects
• Ensuring Aviagen’s Mission, Vision, and Values are applied in the business unit

Other Qualifications
• The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level with recent relevant experience of the poultry industry being an advantage.
