This position is in Hermanus and own transport is needed

Responsibilities will include:

Overall Running of Floor (leading by example)

Managing stock control in Bars and FOH

Basic HR

Maintaining a High standard through out service

Monthly Food and Liq Cost Calculations

The Candidate must have an open Minded View, Creative and be able to use Initiative
