Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer based in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing employee relations, including compensation and benefits administration, performance management, policy development, and compliance. This role will also involve recruitment and hiring processes, maintaining employee records, and managing HR-related projects.
