Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and creating and implementing HR policies
