Key Responsibilities

·Engages closely with customer to develop applications and process performance on the Laser anneal

·Develops and maintains best known methods for process control, process development and continuous improvement

·Maintains a working knowledge of laser anneal systems process, hardware and relevant diagnostics

·Solves process problems in straightforward situations and when needed reach out to service and engineering teams and drive to solution

·Presents technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels

·Provides on-the-job training, education and assistance to fellow team members both within the local team, company, for customers and partners

·Works as a member of a cross-functional team with service and sales personnel and company product lines within Asia Pacific region to support and revenue requirements
