Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical support to guide OEMs in selecting products and specifications

· Manage evaluation activities with customers and internal teams

· Prepare technical review meetings with Business Unit and account managers

·Lead product promotion by collaborating closely with BU/Sales

· Work with account managers and BU for quick responses and effective solutions

· Assist in complex technical escalations and cooperate with Project Managers

·Increase SEMI revenue and discover new business opportunities

· Analyze and report industry trends impacting the company

· Professionally represent the company and inform customers about new solutions

· Contribute to Company application engineering network
