This is a senior and key role for the business and requires a professional to come on board with a successful background in compliance who will be looking to take the next step in their career with something interesting and engaging.

The Role:

The role will be to ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant regulatory and anti-money laundering legislation, including the operation of internal policies, procedures and controls and activity relating to receiving and externalizing suspicious activity reports.

Duties, in brief and not limited to:

Commercial Management
• Making sure all necessary ad-hoc and periodic notifications and reports to the GFSC are made in a timely fashion and ensure deadlines are met.

Administration
• Contributing to the development of an effective compliance culture with appropriate policies and procedures that reflect current regulatory and AML Legislation.
