Scope and general purpose:

Under the general guidance of the Management, operating within the company’s polices, regulations and procedures, the Senior Architect will be responsible for projects of various scales and stages, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

· Create and develop architectural design proposals according to company program and timeframes

· Prepare and present relevant feasibility reports and design proposals for clients

· Be a team leader and member, able to coordinate and guide a team of professionals, designers and engineers
