Job Description

Wood is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Brunei. The exciting project will run for at least five years, adopting our world class systems, and making use of our extensive global expertise.

Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be responsible for supporting the Finance Team in all aspects of financial control of a large and complex offshore project.
• Ensure Account Receivables (AR) invoices are prepared and issued in a timely manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in the Commercial Agreement with the client.
• Ensure that all accounting entries for AR invoices are coded correctly and recorded in the system in line with the need of corporate reporting deadlines.
• Ensure AR Aging is monitored closely, and any discrepancy is investigated timely.
