Our engineering client is looking for a Sales Admin Clerk to join their vibrant team. The incumbent will assist the sales team, manage documentation and coordinate with clients and internal departments

Key requirements
• Experience is sales administration in an Engineering industry
• MS Excel/Word and Outlook
• Strong admin skills
• Independent work with minimum of 3 years of data capturing experience
• Own reliable transport
Key function
• Quotations paired with a good understanding of engineering drawings
• The capture of sales orders
• Creation of job cards and updating of job cards-progress
• Job costing
• Updating of sales orders
• Daily reporting of data captured to managers
• Weekly reporting of jobs completed and new jobs created
• Liaising with customers regarding the status of work
