McCain Foods SA is on the hunt for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the function within the country. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of robust strategies to attract and hire qualified employees up to Executive level. The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with McCain leadership to enable growth by assessing needs and developing talent acquisition solutions to meet staffing needs. The candidate will oversee day-to-day talent acquisition operations including direct management of recruiting managers to ensure that end-to-end recruiting services are executed, whilst building a strong employment brand. This role will be based at our Rosebank office; however travel between business sites will be required.
